Delete your Juno account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Juno and sign in.
- Tap the account icon in the top right.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Send an email to info@samyapps.com with the subject "Delete my Juno account", from the email address you used to sign in (for Apple "Hide My Email" users: mention the sign-in method and the relay address if you know it). We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account (sign-in, name, email, user ID).
- All baby care records: feeding, sleep, diapers, medicine, temperature, growth, notes.
- Your AI usage counter and subscription link in RevenueCat.
What is not deleted
- Purchase records kept by Apple or Google under their policies and the law.
- Copies in our providers' logs/backups, which expire automatically, normally within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Juno Premium subscription. Cancel it
in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Silinenler
- Hesabınız (giriş bilgisi, ad, e-posta, kullanıcı kimliği).
- Tüm bebek bakım kayıtları: beslenme, uyku, bez, ilaç, ateş, büyüme, notlar.
- Yapay zekâ kullanım sayacınız ve RevenueCat'teki abonelik bağlantınız.
Silinmeyenler
- Apple veya Google'ın kendi politikaları ve mevzuat gereği sakladığı satın alma kayıtları.
- Sağlayıcılarımızın kayıt/yedeklerindeki kopyalar (genellikle 30 gün içinde otomatik silinir).
Hesabı silmek Juno Premium aboneliğini iptal etmez. Aboneliği App Store veya
Google Play abonelik ayarlarından iptal edin.
