Juno: AI Parent Assistant – Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Juno: AI Parent Assistant ("Juno"), published by Samy Apps, operated by Azizenur Albayrak, Istanbul, Türkiye. By using Juno you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you downloaded Juno from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

3. Your account
You must be an adult to create an account. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping access to your sign-in account secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
4. Juno Premium subscriptions
- Juno Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the app before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Juno account does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Fair use: to protect the service, a high daily limit applies to AI questions for Premium users.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Juno, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or use the AI assistant for unlawful or harmful purposes.
6. Content
The app, its design, texts, sounds and videos are owned by or licensed to Samy Apps. You keep ownership of the records you enter.
7. Liability
Juno is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on information in the app or for indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the app. Material changes will be announced in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

Kullanım Koşulları
1. Sözleşme
Bu koşullar, İstanbul'da bulunan Azizenur Albayrak tarafından Samy Apps adıyla yayımlanan Juno: AI Parent Assistant ("Juno") uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Juno'yu kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı Apple App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.
2. Tıbbi tavsiye değildir
3. Hesabınız
Hesap oluşturmak için reşit olmanız gerekir. Girdiğiniz bilgilerden ve giriş hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
4. Juno Premium abonelikleri
- Juno Premium otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Fiyat, ödeme dönemi ve varsa ücretsiz deneme süresi satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple ID veya Google Play hesabınızdan alınır. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Aboneliğinizi App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. Juno hesabınızı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- İadeler Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yapılır.
- Adil kullanım: hizmeti korumak için Premium kullanıcılarda yapay zekâ sorularına yüksek bir günlük limit uygulanır.
5. Kullanım kuralları
Juno'yu kötüye kullanmayın, diğer kullanıcıların verilerine erişmeye çalışmayın, hizmetin işleyişine müdahale etmeyin ve yapay zekâ asistanını hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmayın.
6. İçerik
Uygulama, tasarımı, metinleri, sesleri ve videoları Samy Apps'e aittir veya lisanslıdır. Girdiğiniz kayıtların sahibi sizsiniz.
7. Sorumluluk
Juno "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamadaki bilgilere dayanılarak alınan kararlardan ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'dan doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
8. Değişiklikler ve fesih
Bu koşulları veya uygulamayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler uygulamada duyurulur. Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici mevzuatının zorunlu hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
